WORSE, some sellers reduce the asking prices UNNECESSARILY with tens of thousands of dollars and some with hundreds of thousands. Many sellers sell for the LMP (Lowest money possible) instead.
THIS IS A HUGE FUTURE PROBLEM FOR YOU AS FOR EVERYBODY ELSE.
Second: I have a bombshell for you explaining how to prevent you to be one of them. You need to know that absolutely and positively. Zero chance any of the 53,000 knows it to explain it to you at the most crucial for your time – before you commit yourself to that agent with your signature, before it’s too late. Impossible for me to explain it here (face in face only).

- However, if you are an open minded person and you like learning new things, I just gave you all the reasons in the world not to list your property for sale or hire an agent to buy before you interview me and compare me with any one of the 53,000 agents in GTA. Then when you interview me, you’ll confirm that all the good things I say here are true and are not an empty promise to attract your attention. Is there any better way to guarantee your top 1% spot as a seller and/or as a buyer?
